**Test papers will go home on Monday. Sorry for the inconvience.

**We will finish up Ancient Egypt the first part of next week. Students who have not finished their pyramids need to turn them in on Monday.

**Vocabulary test will be Tuesday.
**Chapter 3 test will be Wednesday.

Week of November 7-11

Now Playing: Ancient Egypt
**We will still be studying Ancient Egypt this week. We will be making a pyramid in class and labeling each side with the kingdom and telling information about that kingdom. We will be visiting the computer lab and doing an activity on Ancient Egypt.

**They will be getting grades on their pyramid and internet activity this week.

Week of October 24-28
**We will continue to study Ancient Eygpt this week. There will be no major test this week. We will do a few activities in class for a grade. Students may have to finish defining vocabulary words at home if they don't complete them in class.

Week of October 17-21
This week we will be watching the movie "Prince of Egypt". We will begin studying Egypt in Chapter 3 at the end of the week.

We will take a map test on Thursday. There will be no other test this week.

Week of October 10-14
*We will finish studying Chapter 2 this week.
**We will have a Chapter 2 vocabulary test and chapter test this week. Please continue to study your words.

**Students need to get permission slip signed by parent to watch the "Prince of Egypt" on Friday. We are currently studying the Israelites and will study Egypt in the next chapter, which are both in the video.

*Homework will be to study vocab words.
