Our school recognizes the importance of special interest and extracurricular activities in the social and emotional development of young people. Good Hope Middle School offers elective classes as well as various extracurricular activities to promote the mental and physical development of our students.

Special days and weeks are held for the students and staff throughout the school year, such as "School Spirit Day," “See You at the Pole,” “Hat Day,” Drug Free Week, and Teen Read Week.

Service projects, such as the Christmas Adopt-A-Family project, the Red Scavenger Hunt to assist the battered women’s shelter, and the Canned Food Drive provide opportunities for students to connect with the community.
