Now Playing: Jim Morris-The Rookie
We will be watching the movie, The Rookie, this week. We are gathering information to write a biography on Jim Morris,the title character of the movie. We will gather our information from the movie, the internet, and his autobiography. (BE SURE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR NOTE-TAKING SHEET FROM THE MOVIE-You Will Turn These In!)

We started vocabulary workshop this week. We will test on the Unit we are working on every other Friday. This test schedule can be found on the front inside cover of the vocab. book. We are working on Unit 1, page 21-27.

Wednesday- Library
Continue to study vocab and root worksheets.

Thursday- Get root-"brev" & "cede" worksheet. Read and discuss story. Take comprehension and vocabulary test.
Study both root worksheets.

Friday- Review roots and take quiz. Go over idioms.
