1. The Social Studies Fair will be held November 17, 2004 in the
gym.
Project setup times for the fair are:
Tuesday afternoon from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 7:50 a.m.

2. You have been assigned a spot number. Find the number on the tables and setup your project. Remember, your name is not to appear anywhere on the project but you may want to write your spot number on the back of your board.

3. If you are displaying anything of value DO NOT leave them when you setup your project. Keep them with you until you are called down to present your project to the judges. You will have plenty of time to add your items before the judges interview you.

4. Once you have setup your project, please do not hang around to see the other projects. Both parents and students will have a time to view the projects on Wednesday afternoon.

5. The day of the fair please come prepared to present your project to the judges. Dress nicely. If you want to wear a costume when presenting to the judges, when your name is called, quickly change in the bathroom and then come to the gym and stand by your project.

6. Removal of all projects will be Wednesday afternoon immediately after school until 5:00 p.m.
